The McLean County Republicans held the grand opening of their Election Headquarters and newly revamped Restore Illinois Shop on September 4. It will serve as a key hub for political campaign materials leading into the crucial autumn election campaign. The event featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by U.S. Congressman Darin LaHood, at the McLean County Republican Headquarters, 211 S. Prospect, Suite 9, in Bloomington.
The Restore Illinois Shop offers a wide array of campaign materials, including yard signs, buttons, stickers, caps, flags, and more, all available to help support Republican candidates from local races to national campaigns. Many items are free, while others are available for a small donation to support the efforts of the McLean County Republicans.
The shop will be open Monday through Thursday and on Saturdays through the November 5th election, offering voters a chance not only to pick up campaign gear but also to stop by for a chat and learn more about the various political candidates and the offices they are running for. The hours are as follows now through Election Day, November 5, 2024:
Mondays, 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Tuesdays, 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Wednesdays, 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Thursdays, 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
The Restore Illinois Shop is open to the public and will offer free campaign literature and light refreshments at the grand opening. Donations through purchases of campaign materials will directly support efforts to keep McLean County RED in the upcoming election.
