NXTgen Illinois is an organization that is focused on identifying and advancing the next generation of leaders in Illinois. 

NXTgen Illinois announced they partnered with the Leadership Institute, the #1 conservative training organization in the country, to hold candidate development workshops that will help current and prospective center-right candidates learn how to run a successful campaign.

Leadership Institute workshops will be held throughout Illinois in January and February. The NXTgen Illinois team reached out to our organization to encourage our candidates and members to participate.
