On Saturday, November 5, between 9:30 and 10:30 AM, there will be a kick off rally for a multi-county Central Illinois car/truck caravan to encourage people to vote. This is an event joining several county GOP organizations together. 

We will have gubernatorial candidates Darren Bailey and Stephanie Trussell, senatorial candidate Kathy Salvi, state senate candidate Desi Anderson, state house candidate Scott Preston and others to help kick off the final weekend of encouraging voters to get out and vote. County candidates have also been asked to join in.   

The caravan will depart Bloomington's Courthouse Square led by "Elie" the elephant at the conclusion of the rally. 

 

The caravan will then tour through Bloomington/Normal and head up north along 55 on Old Rt 66. After arriving in Chenoa to gather more caravan participants, the group will continue north all the way to Morris in Grundy County. 

Cities 92.9 will provide live coverage of the kick off and the caravan as it makes it way north.
